At SWFT, we stand behind our gear; if your performance equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps are included, and attach the shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse team has processed your refund.
